I’m James Greaves-Taylor, an IT Support Engineer handling user support and internal systems. I focus on ensuring reliable IT operations, optimising system efficiency, and exploring modern IT solutions, with a personal interest in self-hosting. I am also a strong advocate for open hardware practices and the right to repair.
I hold an ICT Level 3 certificate from City and Guilds and a Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification, and I am a member of the British Computer Society.
